Where can I go Hunting?
Hunting is allowed in Roosevelt National Forest on the east, north, and south sides of Estes Park. The Comanche Peak Wilderness area is a particularly rich spot for game.
Colorado game includes Elk, Mule Deer, Geese, Duck, Quail, Dove, Wild Turkey, Grouse, Pheasant, Marmot, Fox, and Mountain Lion.
Check with the Colorado Division of Wildlife for specific hunt worthy species and hunting regulations.
